Bob Hunter Memorial Park

The park is located in the Markham area and easy to walk. It is good for a Fall walk without going very far. There are three trails connected with each other. Each one is marked with one colour and icon so you won't get lost by check the signs of each trail.

The map not only shows the information about the trails but also a warning of bears. This is a bit scary to someone like me who has never met any real bear. Hey Mr. Bear, wait a minute, I am dialing 911. What should I do if I meet a big friend, like.....a bear? I think I need to Google it.

You can find woods, open areas, farms, and creeks in the trails. The Little Rouge Creek is beautiful. The Fall scenes are stunning. We stop a couple of times for taking pictures.
